    How can I get to universe where the Quantum Bubble Tea manifesto & methodology have been published?

      We have it on good & bad authority that if you drink enough bubble tea you can jump to universe but warning if that univerese have run out of bubble tea due to the documents been published and everyone applying it, then you will be stuck there
